Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 days. We ship out on weekends not on holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders we will contact you to let you know if there will be a delay in your order. We will reach via email to the email address we receive when you place your order. Thank you. 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

You are responsible for any purchase that are shipped to your P.O. box. We do not ship overseas.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When order is complete and ready for shipping you will receive a shipping tracking number.

Damages

Mytees2 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not do international shipping. 

Returns Policy

For custom created Items we do not accept returns or refunds once item has been created and shipped. if it is a store brand item that we created with no input from the customer we accept returns only when it is a mistake made by Us(we ship out wrong size or color). Else the customer is responsible for all return shipping and restocking cost of the item, If it is our fault we will pay for shipping cost. All items should be returned to our admin office located on the contact page. Once items are received we will contact you to let you know we received the item and the estimated time for refunds or item to be replaced.
